Linkasoarus is specifically designed for franchise owners who want to connect their location specific social media accounts to all of their location managers and teams while also connecting to all of their “fellow” franchisee members within their brand. Linkasoarus allows brand specific franchisees and team members to share and re-use each other’s social media content via a “social media best practice sharing calendar.” Linkasoarus allows these team to post and receive social media content over the social media accounts that they have linked to their account.

Personal Data

Personal identifiable information, such as your name, email address and time zone that we will collect from your when you choose to register with the Site or when you choose to participate in online chat and view and post to our message boards.

Customer Data

If you elect to integrate your Customer Care Cases with Linkasoarus your customer’s contact information is not available nor can be accessed by any other users or non-users. This customer information is private to your account. If at any point you elect to discontinue your account with Linkasoarus all of your customers information will be deleted with the deletion of your account.

Account Data

Account data (“Account Data”) is personal information that we collect from you and your devices in connection with your access to and use of our Site.

When we collect personal information from you when you register for an account, we are acting as a data controller and are processing your Account Data as necessary for the performance of our contract with you as set forth in the Terms of Use.

Financial Data

Financial information is data related to your payment method (e.g. valid credit card number, card brand, expiration date) that we will collect from you when you choose to purchase, order, return, use of our Site. We store only limited financial information that is required to keep your use to the Site active. This information includes your name, billing address, and payment method expiration date. For the you to utilize certain features of the Site you be asked to allow the Site to use your user information from social networking sites, such as Facebook, Twitter, including your name, your social network username, location, gender, birth date, email address, profile picture, and public data for contacts, if you connect your account to such social networks.
